Hello! I am Angela Lewis and the owner of Twisted Scissors Hair Studio! I have been established since 2010! I have always LOVED hair since I was a little girl! I knew it was my passion & goal in life to share my gift to others! I graduated high school in 2002 and then with a LONG two month break I started cosmetology school! After graduating in February 2004 from Artistic Beauty College with a dedicated excellence award on top of many other achievements! I have been involved in the beauty industry for 20 years, and onto so many more when I love what I do, my job is not hard! I believe in the transformative power of hair coloring & cutting. My mission is not to just style hair, but to create an experience that empowers you & lets you leave walking out with a boost in a newfound confidence in your own personal Beauty! I work with Eufora International and am an Elite certified stylist with them! I am also an elite colorist with Alfaparf Milano HairColor, and now I have integrated Megix 10 HairColor for your personalized modern grey coverage looks! I was brought on as the main hair & make up artist for FW media, and participated in many sewing shows, commercials & video demonstrations for online and TV. Cancellation Policy
36 hour notice is REQUIRED, so I can TRY to rebook the time I saved for you.
If you No-Show or Cancel less than 36 hours and I’m unable to fill that time slot the cancellation fee applies.
Deposits are non-refundable and are required at time of booking. If you cancel, you will not receive your deposit back and may or may not be charged 80% of the service booked.
A lack of “appointment confirmation” is NOT a cancellation!
ALL WILL AGREE:
Time is my MOST valuable asset, so I would appreciate the respect and consideration. As a small business owner it is important to balance my empathy as well as my time to keep my salon running efficiently!
ALL appointments are held with a credit card at the time of the booking. If you must cancel an appointment, PLEASE do so with a 36 HOUR or more notice or you will be charged. “Not confirming” an appointment does not count as canceling. You must contact me or cancel your appointment  electronically via the booking system.
If an appointment is booked in conjunction with another service (such as a haircut AND color, as an add on), and you decide at the time of the appointment you do not want the additional service, you still will be charged for that added service because I have booked the time for it.
Advanced scheduling is recommended because I do book out about 3 weeks, so if you do cancel, the chances of getting in within a few days may not be possible.
